You should not do it for your husband/wife, best friend, or boyfriend/girlfriend. It’s your body and you need to lose weight only for yourself! That should be your driving force.

How To Lose Weight Naturally?
I am letting you all in on the little things that made me lose around 11 kg in 3-4 months. Some of these things may seem weird, but they have helped me to win the weight loss battle.
1. Get Ready To Lose Weight:
Get rid of all the foods that tempt you, make a list of all the food that you like eating and build a diet around it. Tell your family that you’re trying to eat healthier and ask them politely to help you with the process. Enlist your family members and cook healthier meals together. You need not cut down on nutritious foods, but focus on cutting down on ice creams, French fries and other empty calories.
2. Do Not Confuse Thirst For Hunger:
This often happens to all of us. If you feel hungry in between meals, try drinking a glass of water and see whether you feel satisfied. Only then consider having snacks.
3. Adjust Your Diet Regime As Per Your Body And Mind:
There is a no one size fits all diet. Snacks work for some people whereas avoiding snacks helps cut down fat for others. With hit and trials you will realise what works for you best. Some people crave for snacks if they abstain and start binging mindlessly. Opt for what satisfies you mind and body.
